The winter months of 2020 were dry and mild, with no significant precipitation falling until March. High temperatures in April and May encouraged the development of vines with flowering starting early, before a cold spell at the beginning of June slowed down development of the shoots. The summer was characterised by moderate rainfall and comfortable temperatures. The unsettled weather at the beginning of September tested our nerves, yet patience in the final stage paid off. Sunny days were followed by cool nights and provided us with healthy, fully ripened grapes.
