Die erste Voraussetzung für gesunde Trauben
In December and January, Johannes and Veronika are "pruning the vines" in the vineyard. This forms the basis for the new vintage and has a decisive influence on the quality of the coming harvest. The one-year-old vines are cut back to one or two canes. Shoots that grow from older wood do not form grapes later on. We therefore cut away the older wood so that the vine does not invest too much in these old shoots.
